I am stoked, not just because I can’t wait to get back to my training, but because it is also REFEED DAY!!!! Yeah buddy, bring on the carbs….

Today I train delts, back, HIIT and some posing practice. I plan on hitting some PR’s today 😉 Let’s get motivated! As always I start with a little Lady Swole Monday.
